This stabilizer-free body butter may soften in hot temperatures. Softening will not affect the quality of the product, but the whipped consistency will/ may decrease. Placing the Body Butter in the refrigerator will bring it back to a firm texture. We cannot issue refunds for melted products, therefore please ensure to track shipment to refrain from package sitting in a hot mailbox
