Did you know---
Cold air contains less moisture. When the environment around you is dry, your skin gets dry, too. Also the heaters we turn on when the temperature drops can dry out your skin too.
1. Stay hydrated
2. Eat plenty of healthy fats like avocado 🥑 and olive oils
3. Lower your alcohol and caffeine intake.
4. Use an absorbing body oil or thick lotion/ cream.
5. Avoid long hot baths and showers.
6. Apply moisturizer as soon as you dry off
7. Use an exfoliator several times a week. This removes dead skin cells, allowing moisturizers to penetrate deeper into your skin.
