Self care is Mandatory

The world around us can be stressful. Self Care is mandatory. Are you living The Kalm Lyfe? As a mom of three life can be very hectic. If there was anything I thought I needed I would always put my kids first. After some discussion with my therapist (yes I have a therapist, I have three kids!) I realized that in order to take care of everyone else I needed to take care of myself first. Yes! That is a strange concept for a mother to understand. It's like a foreign language. So my new mission in life is to practice Self Care. Putting myself first for once. My husband had been telling me for some time to buy myself some new clothes. I kept putting it off. Finally I decided to buy some things for myself. When the boxes arrived my kids were like "Oh Mom what did you get us?" I broke their little hearts when I said "NOTHING!!!" After the shock wore off, I asked the kids did I deserve to have something nice? Did they have everything they needed? Then it clicked for them. They understood. So I actively carve out time for myself daily. Whether it's relaxing on the porch sipping Coffee, or going for a walk alone, or watching my favorite movie. I take that time now to take care for ME! During my journey of self care I started paying attention to my skin. I have suffered for years with dry skin and Eczema. A lot of the products on the market have a lot of harsh chemicals and ingredients. I started to research healthier ways to take care of my skin. My mission is to soothe my skin and enhance my life and others with all natural products that smell and feel amazing. All my products are made with care. Sometimes we are so busy with our daily lives WE often forget to carve out a little piece of time for ourselves. You deserve it. Self care is very important. Hopefully these products will help.
