Everyone at THEKALMLYFE would like to wish you and your family a Happy and Healthy Holiday. The holidays are upon us. Eventhough the holidays do not feel the same this year, we must remember what is most important. This year has been about COVID!! It has forced us to become comfortable with silence, patience, our home and family. For me, this year has been one of refexion and self care. I really didn't take the time to do that before.
